What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
All the styles that are currently in stock at our Warehouse are listed on the website. If a style is not available then unfortunately it has sold out. Many of our essential styles are replenished weekly however we do not normally replenish seasonal styles or monthly ranges.
Can I order by phone, fax or email?
Website Bazaar can only currently accept orders via Website Bazaaractive.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
Website Bazaaractive.com accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Can I use more than one payment method when placing an order?
What if my credit card shows multiple charges?
If you have found multiple charges on your card for the same order amounts please let us know immediately by emailing [email protected] so that our staff can correct your orders and payments.
Can I make a change to an existing order?
Sure, you may make changes to your order prior to it moving into the picking and packing stage. Please send your request to [email protected].
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched it is scanned in by the carrier and you will receive an email with your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order through the FedEx website. If you do not receive a tracking number please email [email protected]
How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage. Please send your cancellation request to [email protected].com.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping rate is dependent upon the weight of your order. Often, we run promotions offering free U.S. Standard Shipping on large orders. For more information about exclusive offers, sign up for our email list.
How will my order be shipped?
We use USPS for shipping within the US. Orders will be received within 3-10 business days.
Do you ship Internationally?
Website Bazaar currently ships to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada!
International Shipping is currently offered to Canada Only:
Canada Standard Shipping = 10-14 days shipping and handling
Canada Express Shipping = 2-5 days shipping and handling.
Website Bazaar does not offer free retun on any International shipping.

Do you accept returns for items purchases in a 3rd party retailer?
While we would like to service ALL of our Website Bazaar teammates, we cannot take returns or exchanges for items purchased on a third party site or in a brick and mortar store. Please contact their customer service for additional information. If they are not willing to help you then please let us know and we will see if we can assist in getting the issue resolved, however, we cannotguarantee that they will cooperate.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
All clearance sales are final, and if unworn, unwashed, and still tagged we will accept for exchange. We do not accept any returns internationally.
